MONDAY's STRETCH + SWEAT

New at Cliffside CARE

Join Eric for this weekly small-group experience designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and fully unwind.

STRETCH + SWEAT blends intentional mobility work with the restorative heat of our backyard sauna.

The session begins with 25 minutes of guided movement focused on the hips, trunk, and shoulders. Using fascial self-stretching, ELDOA postures, and stability work, Eric will guide you through techniques designed to restore balance, improve joint spacing, and expand your movement capacity.

You’ll then transition into a 20-minute sauna session to support nervous system regulation, enhance recovery, and allow the work to fully settle.

You’ll leave feeling open, grounded, and energized — ready to move forward with greater strength and confidence.

👥 Small group (maximum 3 participants)
💲 $40 per person | Online credit card payment accepted

WHAT TO EXPECT

For the movement portion:

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in (socks optional)

  • Mats are provided

FOR THE SAUNA

  • You may arrive wearing your bathing suit or change after movement

  • Sauna temperature ranges from 80–85°C

  • Each participant is allocated up to 20 minutes and may exit at any time

FIRST-TIME PARTICIPANTS
An intake and consent form will be emailed prior to your first class and must be completed before attending.

SAFETY
For your safety and comfort, we reserve the right to screen participants and decline participation in either portion of the class if we identify potential health concerns.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Due to the limited class size, late cancellations will be charged to allow waitlisted participants the opportunity to attend.

WAITLIST
If the class is full, please join the online waitlist or send us a message to express interest.

WHAT TO BRING FOR SAUNA

  • Bathing suit

  • Towel

  • Water bottle (no glass permitted)

  • Flip flops or slides

PLEASE AVOID

  • Heavy jewelry

  • Perfumes or heavily scented lotions

  • Heavy meals within two hours of class

  • Alcohol, cannabis or recreational substances prior to attending
