STRETCH + SWEAT blends intentional mobility work with the deep reset of our backyard sauna. The session begins with 40 minutes of guided movement focused on the hips, trunk, and shoulders, using fascial self-stretching, ELDOA postures and stability work to restore balance and expand movement capacity.

OPTIONAL: For those looking to end to compliment support nervous system relaxation and accelerate recovery you can then transition directly into a 20-minute sauna session.

You’ll leave feeling open, energized, and grounded—ready to move forward with confidence and strength.

For your STRETCH - you may arrive with your suit on or change afterwards.
Your mat will be provided. Wear comfortable clothes to move in.
Class can be done in socks.

INITIAL CLASS - first time participants will have an intake + consent form emailed directly to be filled and signed beforehand.

For your safety we have the right to screen and refuse participants for either portion of the class if we determine any health risks.

Sauna temperate will range 80-85 Degrees Celsius.
You have a max of 20 min allocated and may exit as you see fit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 12 hours notice to avoid being charged for the class.

WAITLIST: Please utilize the online wait list option or DM us if you are hoping to join us for a class.

FOR SAUNA TO BRING:
-Bathing suit 
-Water bottle (No glass in sauna)
-Towel
-Flip Flops/Slides

AVOID:
-Heavy jewelry (you may need to remove in sauna)
-Perfumes + heavy lotions
-Eating a heavy meal 2 hours or less before your time
-Alcohol, cannabis or other recreational drugs (you may contact us for clarity)
